Filler Driver System Upgrade
Problem
Our customer has a filling line that use a drive system which consists of a Motion controller and 18 Drives. The system is obsolete and has constant failures, which delays production.
Solution
After a diagnostic report of all the components connected in the same network as the motion controller, PC&E worked in the engineering to program and install a Schneider Motion Controller. Install, configure and commission 18 Schneider drives, to control a total of 18 motors.
The Motion Controller’s old program was converted to make it compatible with the new motion controllers.
